Notes: Vibrant red colour with violet, herbal, blackcurrant on the nose. Palate is subtle with blackcurrant, cherry, dark chocolate & a hint of cedar spice. Soft with fine tannins & natural acidity.
Food Match: Pairs well with roast lamb & rosemary, beef skewers, venison or mushroom based dishes. A good after dinner match with Manchego, Pecorino or Parmigiano cheeses.

Notes: Rich purple hues, bright aubergine colour. Aromas of blackberry, ink/iodine and violet. Mouth filling, subtle oak, warm spice, black olive, lovely licorice/aniseed tannins with a long finish.
Food matches: Smoked brisket, Shanghai pork fried noodles, portobello mushrooms with pine nuts, aged Comté or Gruyere.

Notes: The wine has ebullient red-fruited fragrance that is a feature of high-end cool climate Pinot Noir. The palate continues this riot of flavour, featuring all manner of forest fruits, such as strawberries and raspberries, coupled with a variety of cherries and a little plummy richness. The acidity gives the wine a wonderful lightness on its feet and the careful skin extraction has led to a silky texture with ample but superfine tannins.
