Notes: Sweet, perfumed & bursting with fruit. Fragrant aromas of peach, apricot & orange citrus. Delicate floral notes of rose petal & elderflower. Lively fruit with a touch of spritz (frizzante).

Food Match: Pair with salty cured meats such as prosciutto, salami, and a crudites platter of crunchy vegetables. Gippsland blue cheese is a great match.
