Notes: Light lemon-yellow colour, cumquats, verbena & struck flint aromatics. Passionfruit & grapefruit, quite rich & vigorous abound with spice notes. Boisterous on the finish combined with oak & lingering spice. Delicious food wine.

Food Match: Asian food, asparagus, ginger, goats cheese, feta & poultry.
