NOTES:   Aromas of pear, ginger, cinnamon spice with notes of honey and beeswax. Rich, silky texture on the palate with refreshing acidity.
FOOD MATCH:   Roast chicken, pork loin, duck confit or other white meat in rich sauces. Grilled asparagus, roasted vegetables and mushroom risotto. Can balance the heat of Thai green curry or Szechuan stir fry.
